Returns

Returns are allowed within 30 days after product delivery for unopened items. Any opened items can also be returned but may not be eligible for a full refund depending on circumstance. It's the store manager's discretion to fully refund opened items. Store credit may be granted instead of a refund. Any products that are non-refundable will say so in their descriptions which a rare. Please contact support if you have any further questions. All returned purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping being placed against the refund or store credit depending on the circumstances of the reason for the return.

Exchanges
